Quiet location, beautiful garden, undercover parking, good continental breakfast which was replenished daily. Lovely, friendly, welcoming hosts. Very neat and tidy, well appointed.

Such a peaceful location though you’ll definitely need a car. The room was very well appointed with everything you need plus a few treats. The garden is just lovely and the views beautiful. Jane is a friendly and welcoming host. Best shower rose ever!

"Good base for the Sounds"

Really good base for visiting the Sounds, c2.5hrs from Milford Sound and c25mins from Lake Manapouri (for Doubtful Sound). Room was clean, comfortable and self enclosed. Really pretty surrounding grounds, including some local Alpacas! Host was very friendly & helpful.

Breakfast was provided in the room and was reasonable - probably represents the improvement potential to get 10/10

A beautifully appointed holiday home. Jane was friendly and easy to communicate with. Only a short drive to the centre of Te Anau. Would definitely stay on another occasion.
