Minor gripe, not good food/refreshment prep facilities in guest area. Bathroom shared with potentially 7 others (only 4 on this occasion)

Breakfast was very good. The folks were friendly and helpful. The home was perfectly clean and very much like home.

In a quiet location, but still within walking distance to the township, we enjoyed the spacious garden, super-clean room, friendly hosts and cute resident dogs and cats.

Super friendly hosts with friendly cats and dogs! Easy parking Good location Great breakfast Separate guest lounge with lots of home comforts and great array of hot drinks available to make plus cookies too!
