Nice place in a residential area. Comfortable space. Good continental breakfast. Fridge in room, with milk for coffee provided! Welcoming host.

We've never had such an warm welcome as during this stay. The Christmas bakery was delicious! All felt as if we were part of the family. Fantastic breakfast with self made yogurt. Very good insider travel suggestions. It was the best stay we had!!

Very friendly and helpful hosts, nice treat in the fridge and handy to Greymouth town and reasonably comfortable.

WIFI is terrible and advertised TV did not exist

"It was good except for wifi."

Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. Loved the home baked treats too. Al was very helpful in planning our route the next day.

The wifi was weak/ on and off while we were there.

"Great place Faboulous place"

Al and Rosie were great hosts, wo derful place and very peaceful. They helped us with advice on places to eat. When faced with changing our plans because of road closures Al was very helpful in giving us alternatives that proved spot on.

Al and Rosie are great hosts. We received a very warm return welcome, this is our second stay. Our room was excellent with improved facilities since our last visit. The breakfast and home baking was super. Thank you again Allan and Jayne .

Al and Rosie offer a very comfortable family style place with plenty of space for quiet as well as friendly conversation and tips for town.

Nothing, was totally delightful.
