Pin Oaks Luxury Bed & Breakfast

We enjoyed everything about the house. The rate is very reasonable for four of us to have the whole house-spacious! Each of us got our own room - all the beds were comfortable . The whole house was warm. The breakfast was delicious. The owner Betty was nice, friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Her after-service was excellent, even texted us the brands of the comfy and warm duvets on our request. My two children rated the stay 10/10. I put 9/10 for the facilities as there was no stove or water tap or sink in the kitchen/dining area - it was a bit inconvenient, but the owner Betty gave water and took away the used tableware (she cleaned them) on time, so not a big deal. We strongly recommend, especially to families or groups.

We were welcomed like friends of the family, shown around & told if we needed anything else just to knock at the dining room door (which adjoins to the owners property. We were very impressed with the spaciousness of the home! The outside gardens are just as beautiful as the inside. There is onsite parking at the front door (private entrance). Large lounge area with TV, good wifi. A more than generous second floor bathroom with tub & separate shower (separate toilet & sink room). Dining area was supplied with dishes, mugs & cutlery & and small fridge, kettle and microwave - handy if you wanted to bring in takeaway. Delicious cold breakfast (granola/cereals, fruit, toast/crumpets, etc.) in the morning

We liked everything!!

The house was beautiful, clean, warm, very comfortable, all the little details were thought of. Like tissue boxes in every room, makeup removing cloths in the bathroom, good quality shampoo and conditioner, etc, and I'm sure the preserves for breakfast were even homemade. They were delicious. The beds were very comfortable, and this is a big tick on my list as so many places skimp on the quality of their beds. Best bed and Breakfast I have stayed in so far.

Had trouble watching TV+ channel. Kept saying it needed HDMI cable and blank screen after 2 minutes watching.

This place is outstanding in every way.
