Each room has a different design which was cool. There is a shared kitchenette with crockery and microwave and fridge so you can prepare your own breakfast/food and a gorgeous sun room to eat it in. Sea breeze is just opposite the beach and very close to the town centre. We loved everything about it.

"Quirky rooms. Close to beach and shops. Fabulous breakfast provided."

Breakfast was included and was the best we had whilst travelling NZ. Host was very friendly.

"Different."

Location on the esplanade was central to town, easy walk to restaurants. Clean and comfortable. Good practical kitchenette. In keeping with the art deco theme. Guido the host was very helpful. His suggestion of visiting Mission Estate winery was excellent which is the oldest winery in Hawke’s Bay with so much history.

No parking on site but free parking on the street in front between 2pm and 10am which was fine for us as we only had one night there.
