Beautifully presented. Extremely well appointed. It’s location in the heritage listed area of The Brook meant it was a short walk to town or a shortish, sharp climb up the nearby Grampians. Very helpful and friendly hosts. The several choices for breakfasts were superb.

Such a beautiful colonial house. Great hosts who really looked after us - home cooked breakfasts were excellent and the only thing that would improve the place would be if I could stay forever! Thank you Carolyn, Richard and Mia!

Looking for a spacious B&B in Nelson with amazing service and gorgeous facilities, this is the place for you! We loved our 4 nights here - so much space with the large bedroom, walk in closet, bathroom and your own lounge and sun room. Plenty of heating for the cold days made it a cosy place to refresh after being out, it was perfection, especially if you love character homes. Carolyn is a very gracious and welcoming host who makes the best breakfasts, taking our order daily. Try the oat pancakes, they were superb! Only a short walk from the centre of town, close to river walks and a beautiful heritage area...we would love to stay again.

Very comfortable and spacious accommodation in a heritage street, equipped with everything you need for bed and breakfast. Wonderful hosts and wonderful daily breakfasts. An easy 15 minute walk into town in an interesting area.
