ITThe staff were very nice and also the atmosphera, people have breakfast and dinner together so it is nice specially if you are travelling by yourself and you want to do surf. The house is nice, have a nice pool. It is very nice specially if you have a dog as Portugal is not very dog friendly
We stayed in the tends, there was a lot of noise as there are several dogs at the other side of the bench, also the church. Nothing to do with the house but it was difficult to rest. It is better to have a car, no distance walking to anywhere. I was told there were yoga lessons and then there were not.
ESNos encantó todo, estuvimos una semana una amiga y yo y disfrutamos mucho de la estancia. Archy y todas las chicas que estaban de voluntarias nos ayudaron un montón y hicieron la estancia muy acogedora. Las clases de surf muy bien, el desayuno increíble, la casa perfecta para descansar y súper limpia. Repetiremos si se da la ocasión.
Nos gustó todo, pero recomendamos llevar coche para poder acceder y visitar otros sitios.

CHWhat I liked most was meeting all the people (hosts, guests, surf-instructors) during my stay. everybody was so kind and loving - we shared so much laughter and made many beautiful memories there. And of course all the little eXtras provided to us by the hosts Artty his Partner 'I'- made my stay even more unforgettable. Like me, most guests end up staying longer than planned ;-)

Honestly everything was great.
DELoved the cozy atmosphere and the open/chill vibe. Also the food freshly cooked by Artti and his staff is sooo delicious. I'd absolutely recommmend booking breakfast and dinner directly on his website, it's definitely worth it . You're always free to stay at the house and relax or go out with the other guests and staff to the beach or bars/restaurants. Loved my stay will come again some day :)
It's a bit far away from everything, so if you don't have a car you're dependend on the staff to drive you but that wasn't really a problem because we as a group basically went everywhere together, if that's not for you, come by car.
PTThe Far End Surf House is on a nice and quiet location, very spacious place and the staff (Artti) is very friendly. The breakfast was careful prepared and tasty!
A bit pricey for a dormitory bed
NLBeautiful spacious garden with fresh fruits, clean rooms, great matrasses, a big terrace to do some yoga and stretching and the best breakfast around.
PTYou really have to try the sauna! It is in a charming garden with a lot of trees and other plants, you just chill in the hot water and look at a beautiful view. Rooms are big and breakfast wins in variety and delicious food. I would say this house is perfect for a "piece of mind" weekend. And, of course, for surfers as well.
