Clean, spacious rooms. Hot shower. Very friendly personnel.

They wanted us to pay a 15% commission on top of the advertised price, because that is what they have to pay to the booking platform. We refused to pay the commission because that is not how the system works. This encounter made the remainder of our stay uncomfortable.

Great location, close to the city center. The room was clean and comfortable. The wifi speed was more than enough. We appreciate the hot water available at the reception.

The host was super nice. We enjoyed having Coca tea while waiting for our rooms and our entire stay. Super convenient to get to the train station to Machu Picchu

Excellent location, 5 minutes walking from San Pedro Market and 10 from the city central square - Plaza de Armas. Very clean and private rooms, and accommodating and polite staff.

There is no kitchen/cooking facilities, but aside from that Qolmay Hostel was a great choice for the 9 nights I spent in Cusco.
