De ligging

Het ontbijt, was erg mager.

Good, hot water with decent pressure. Plenty of covers on the bed to keep you warm on cold nights. There is no heating in the room, but your body heat ends up warming it up eventually. Breakfast was lovely with a cooked egg option. The people are very friendly and the lodging is in a quiet neighborhood that is close to everything but far enough away to get a good night's rest. They do watch your bags while you trek (like all other lodging in Cuzco). Pricing, value and comfort are equal to other lodging in the area. I personally had problems with the wifi, only in the room, but they were quick to attempt to address the problem.

The only thing I would improve upon is the mold, but it seems to be a pretty common problem in Cuzco.

Die Lage ist wirklich gut. Ansonsten kann ich die Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Dass man sein Gepäck für einen mehrtägigen Trek unterstellen kann ist in Cusco normal.

Sauber? Der Spiegel war total verspritzt. Freundlich? Ich wurde gebeten, den Frühstückstisch zu verlassen, da eine Gruppe kam. Ich war noch nicht fertig. Ein Zimmer war klitzeklein und immer wieder leuchtete ein Licht vom Gang. Im anderen Zimmer lag man ab 4 Uhr morgens im Tageslicht, da in der Decke ein großes Fenster war. Handtücher rochen muffig.

We stayed at Naty’s Guest House twice and had a great experience both times. The rooms were cozy and beds were comfortable with warm bedding. The owners are really welcoming and friendly and made us feel at home straight away by giving us a coca tea on arrival. The daily breakfast was great with coffee, juice, bread, eggs (fried or scrambled) and jam. The location is fantastic with a central location to the historic centre, but located on a quiet (but safe) street so no street noise. They also arranged an airport pick up for us as we were arriving late which was great. Wifi worked well for Peruvian standards. Daily room clean was nice after a long stay. They stored our luggage for free and kept a room reserved for us when we got back from our trek, which was really nice. We could pay with credit card with a 5% fee which was helpful so we didn’t have to use our cash on arrival.

The showers were sometimes not consistently hot particularly in the night time they would fluctuate from hot/cold.

La gentillesse des hôtes qui vous propose de nombreuses activités à faire dans Cusco et ses alentours. Nous avons réservé l’excursion à la montagne des 7 couleurs avec eux. Ils sont réellement arrangeants et très gentils ! Nous avons passé au total 6 nuits à l’auberge qui est idéalement située dans le centre de Cusco sans marches.

L’eau chaude est parfois capricieuse mais ça n’a pas entaché notre séjour. Les logements sont humides mais c’est, à notre sens, une généralité à Cusco.

La ubicación fue espectacular para nosotros. Nati y su compañero nos recibieron con mucha amabilidad y nos explicaron todo lo que podíamos hacer en Cusco. Nos sirvió mucho! El desayuno estaba muy bien y la chica que lo sirve es muy amable. En cuanto a las instalaciones están bien. Lo necesario para estar un par de días.

Lo único fue que pasamos algo de frío por la noche. Tal vez implementar algún tipo de estufa eléctrica para las noches de frío estaría bien.
