Spacious.

What an amazing find! An intimate hotel of 7 rooms and a lovely pool within a few minutes' walk of the best beach on Siquijor. The restaurant provides a delicious breakfast, robust cocktails and fresh fruit smoothies. Comfortable beds - I slept so well! The owner, manager, and staff were all so kind and accommodating and always available. Adrian arranged a car rental for us; reasonable price and the car was dropped off and picked up at the property. He was helpful with suggestions for transport, restaurants, bars, beaches, and places to visit. There's an ATM, simple convenience stores, and restaurants within walking distance. I found it to be the most convenient location on the island - a tricycle ride away from the port, and near the town of San Juan. I hope to return one day!

Nothing I didn't like, but do be aware that this is an (ever rarer) authentic Philippine island experience. The huge open air bathrooms (with screened skylights) are refreshing - but you may occasionally see an insect or two. There is an (adorable) resident kitten. The staff will remember you by name. And they may buy you a beer. You will see cows and goats and chickens and dogs by or in the road on your stroll to the beach. You may make friends with the craft vendors or the woman who sells you your coconut drink on the beach. And you won't see a Starbucks on Siquijor. Or any chain businesses, for that matter. 99% of transactions are in cash. If this doesn't appeal to you, you may want to stay at the Marriott on Cebu. The hotel was recently purchased, and the new owner and manager have wonderful plans to tastefully update the property - can't wait to see the results!

Unkomplizierte Check In und Check aut . Sehr großes Bad im Bali Style .Sehr gute ruhige Lage und trotzdem fast in Centrum von San Juan (2km) ATM 10 m, Wäscherei 150 m, kleine Kiosk 30 m ,Sehr schöne Strand 300 m .

The WiFi was very good and stable.

Unfortunately, our stay fell short of expectations due to several maintenance and service issues. The welcome at reception was rather indifferent and unwelcoming. Furthermore, the staff completely failed to mention that a free breakfast was included, which is a detail that definitely should be communicated at check-in. The room itself needs some serious attention. The shower fixtures were rusty, the toilet seat was broken, and the walls are desperately in need of a fresh coat of paint. To make matters worse, the pool was dirty, so we couldn't even enjoy the facilities. Overall, the property lacks basic upkeep and the communication from the front desk leaves a lot to be desired. Cannot recommend it in its current state.
