Becano Restobar and Resort

Great stuff that wanted to help and solve the problem.

a lot of problems with the water in the shower and sink cause of power outage and a lot of bugs in the room that got inside from the outside shower. Not worth the money and in my opinion not a resort.

the hotel is going through an upgrade so there were a few bits to deal with but nothing major. slightly of the beaten track but can get a taxi or hire a motorbike which we did (recommend)

Great place to relax. The bed is very comfortable and the aircon works well. We enjoyed swimming in the pool, right in front of our room, and playing billiard at the restobar. The place is at a walking distance from Paliton beach. The staff was very friendly and made us at home.

The ceiling above the bathroom counter doesn't seem to be well sealed because there was water flowing through the light when raining.

Breakfast was great, location was great.

However, the property isn't very well maintained and therefore you might not enjoy it to its full potential.

The staff were very friendly and the food was nice. The room itself is large and impressive. The outside bathroom was actually very nice and I had a few birds fly in! It needs a rubbish bin in the bedroom however.

There was a power cut and I had no air con or water for 5 hours until when I asked about it. When I asked they called someone to fix their generator. I understand this is a problem for the whole island but this room wasn’t cheap and I couldn’t sleep in it for hours due to not having aircon, why did they only fix it when I complained?
