"Great venue with helpful friendly staff"

Quiet, clean, well maintained, friendly helpful staff, waterfront property, under cover entrance, ATM, scooter hire, communal dining room, air conditioned, free Wi-Fi

TV & mini fridge in the room would have been an added bonus. A bit of distance to the Whale watching site

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Everything was very clean and there was free water/ hot water available. It has a nice seating area facing the ocean. There‘s a 7-eleven and public market close by. Would recommend!

Cleanliness

My experience at this property was negatively impacted by several issues. Firstly, we felt uncomfortable due to the interactions with the owner and another individual on the property. An old man who will follow you and made weird comments/interactions. Secondly, I believe there was a lack of customer service and communication with their team when they mistakenly put us in a room and make it look like it's our fault and that we are taking advantage of it. Lol

"Basic but good manager"

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Very basic accommodation but expected given the price..

Hard bed and constant fight against ants in the room. Bad smell from the bathroom. Further away from the whale sharks viewing place than expected
