Wuthering Heights Bed & Breakfast by the Sea

Quiet place

No refrigerator

We were given a wonderful, huge suite with a balcony overlooking the sea. It was private, comfortable and relaxing. The sandy beach was really nice. The snorkelling was good, with a variety of fish, corals and algae. We even came across a sea turtle a few metres from the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The restaurant had restricted hours and meal options. The fact that the resort is primarily a bed and breakfast wasn't clear from the booking information.

The bed was comfortable and we slept well. Our bedroom has a balcony with a seaview and we liked it a lot. We weren't able to stay for the breakfast so i can't say anything about the food.

We didnt have towels in the room which was very basic.

The property is situated high above the beach. It has great views over the ocean to Cebu island. The gardens all around are beautifully landscaped. There are tables and chairs positioned all over the grounds and beach. The room we had was very spacious and clean. It had everything in it that we needed. The bathroom was very big and had a hot/cold shower with good water pressure. The balcony was furnished with table and chairs and two sun beds. The staff are all friendly and accommodating. The Australian breakfast was awesome. Perfectly cooked.

The bed only had a foam mattress and was a little bit uncomfortable for sleeping. The restaurant is only open for a very short time for dinner in the evening. You have to preorder before 5pm to ensure that it will be delivered to your room. The portion sizes of the dinner menu were very small.

The location is good and the view from the room was outstanding. We checked in later than expected and were met by Ion (apologies if spelled incorrectly), who was very helpful, as he was throughout our stay. Breakfast was available all day.

The room could do with a little improvement as it looked a bit tired. The shower was either scolding hot or cold.

The staff are all friendly. Food is great. Surroundings are all clean.

A great place to stay ..private beach and so much more . I really enjoyed  my stay here . Room was spacious and clean ..like all rooms it faced the sea with a balcony . Meals served on top floor or wherever you wanted . Lots of good spots in the beautiful  gardens  overlooking  the sea. The food was delicious  and not expensive . Staff were super helpful . Arranged transport  to airport. I absolutely  reccomend  .

Love the location. Quiet & peaceful.

I loved waking up in the morning to the view of the sea with those gentle waves and the mountains of Cebu across the bay. And when having breakfast in the restaurant overlooking that bay with that smooth jazz music they play, wow great atmosphere. Loved it.

Maybe the food menu needs to be expanded a bit, thats all. Nothing to dislike.
