There was nothing to like at the premises...

There was zero cleanliness in rooms, wash rooms, Wash room supplies/towels were used/even wet, unwashed towels were provided..when asked for washed towels it was refused that these are un-available; Bed Sheets were Burst, Torn..Room Service Boys untrained they cant serve the basic function....Wash Rooms had unberable smell

Value of money.

Towels were in bad shape torn out. Kitchen was not working no utensils there.

The closeness of the Guesthouse from my center was the sole reason for its booking.

The staff looked very distressed and were not quite as welcoming as they should've been. The room wasn't clean, and neither was the Bathroom.

Nearby family park and shops.

AC was working great it was hot in the month of June but I had to turn off the AC from time to time, service was good they made me chai free of charge whenever I asked for. The bed was comfortable.

It's not a hotel, it's a house so you basically get a room with washroom in a house. There's no hand soap or shampoo in the washroom not sure if they provide upon asking I didn't ask as I had my own. Shower area doesn't have any separation from the rest of the washroom when you take shower the whole washroom gets wet. There was dirt in the washroom corner and gum stuck on the room's wall and little ants were eating it but got cleaned and sprayed when I mentioned it to the staff. You get what you pay for, it's cheaper than a hotel and this is what you get. There's no safe in the room. I wouldn't stay at this property I would rather pay more and stay at a hotel
