Location

The bed,the sheets were old, the towels were old, the mattress was so hard.

Close to everything and parking available on site or even on the street. Breakfast was lovely and staff were lovely and very helpful.

Property is run down and bed is a little too hard.

What a special place! Beautiful, spacious room with a sea view and lovely terrace. Lovely property and sweet card for entertainment at our yummy breakfast. Just a few minutes walk to restaurants and the sea. The owners and staff very kind and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Good location a short walk from the waterfront,beaches, restaurant etc. Very large and well kept gardens, great breakfast venue. Old but very well modernised stone built building.

This B&B is located on a narrow one way lane and if you are driving the one way systems in Leuca make getting to the location, in the right direction difficult. We were there on a Saturday night and because it is close to the waterfront there was was a significant amount of noise with fireworks and people using the lane as a cut through. On other nights there probably wouldn't be a problem

Warm welcome and large room, with own kitchen (though no utensils to actually cook).

Great location. Parking outside property. Good cool room, bed, bathroom etc. Good breakfast outside on terrace.

Stayed for 1 night. Breakfast was good and the staff were accommodating of our schedule. Room was big, and the AC worked well.

They say they have private parking, but the garage with the private parking is a completely different address which is confusing and inconvenient. We used street parking instead which was tight and hard to access.
