We had a wonderful stay! The host was very kind, welcoming, and attentive. Even though we arrived earlier than expected, she warmly greeted us and gave us many great recommendations on where to eat and what to see. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and filled with love and warmth — we truly felt at home. Breakfasts were delicious, and the whole place has a cozy, peaceful atmosphere. Thank you Raffaela, you were amazing. The location is perfect — in a small, charming town full of local traditions, where you can truly feel the authentic mountain spirit. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back again!

非常满意的酒店，超出了我的预期。在意大利的这一星期唯一在这个酒店我感受到了度假的愉悦。老板很友好热情，等待我们入住到了晚上八点半。房间温暖舒适有暖气，有厚被子而不是薄床单，并且阳台有露台可以直接看到雪山，是观景的好地方。早餐美味，老板会询问想要的热饮类型和鸡蛋做法，有酸奶碗可以自己制作。

처음 도착하자마자 주인 아주머니가 엄청 친절하게 맞이해주셨고 저희가 잘 알아들을 수 있도록 영어를 천천히 해주셨어요. 방은 사진으로 본 것보다 훨씬 아늑하고 깨끗했고 먼지 한톨도 없어요! 조식은 가짓수가 많은건 아니지만 정성스러운 음식들로 매번 채워졌고 커피와 계란요리도 있어요. 위치가 오르티세이에서 차로 15분밖에 안걸려서 세체다랑 알페 디 시우시 가기에 최적이었어요! 그리고 체크아웃하는 다음날이 제 생일이었는데 당일이 아니었는데도 불구하고 생일 선물로 작은 샴페인을 주셔서 감동이었어요. 정말 좋은점만 가득한 숙소라서 강력 추천합니다.

This was hands down the best stay we’ve ever had. We travel at least three times a year and have been doing so for the past nine years, and nothing has compared to this experience. From the moment we arrived, the host gave us the warmest and most genuine welcome. The place itself was beautiful, cozy, and spotless, the kind of clean that instantly makes you feel comfortable. Every detail felt thoughtful and cared for. If I could rate higher than 10, I would happily give it 100. That’s how much we enjoyed it. We left not just impressed by the property, but also grateful for the kindness and hospitality of the host. Truly unforgettable. Thank you Raffaela, you were ammazing

This is the perfect place to stay if you want a great location, attention to detail and a wonderful hostess! We had a beautiful balcony that we enjoyed each day, as well as a breakfast buffet to look forward to each morning. The room was large enough for relaxing after a big day of hiking.

Sometimes the adjoining rooms would wake us up.

Overall, it was an amazing stay, everything felt truly special. Rafaella was very gentle and welcoming upon our arrival. The hotel is spotless, beautifully kept, and such a perfect place to relax. Breakfast was wonderful, everything fresh and of the highest quality. I would definitely love to return!

Garni Crepaz is the best place to stay in the Val Gardena area! We stayed 3 nights and we wished we had stayed longer. Raffaela was simply the best. She welcomed us so warmly and had a lovely anniversary surprise for us. Raffaela offered us hiking suggestions as well as excellent dinner recommendations. Our room was perfect. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of selections. The onsite parking was a major plus for us. The location is perfect. We highly recommend Garni Crepaz! We can’t wait to return!

Great breakfast, good location near the bus station. The supermarket is very close and also the gondola.
