Roberta was a lovely woman and went out of her way to make us comfortable, informed with things to do and it made our stay that much more special. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to feel at home in Italy!

Property was OK, spacious and comfortable. Easy access to hill-walking towards the south.

There is major schism in the breakfast culture of Italy with the rest of Europe. In essence, we were provided pre-packed largely high-sugar processed food stuff. This is unhealthy and environmentally damaging (piles of plastic wrappers). It is a mystery how this evolved in a country with a strong rural tradition that requires a hearty morning meal.

The room was very spacious. Parking is safe. Excellent hostess.

The breakfast is pre-made but this is usual. Great selection of coffee, tea, yogurt, packaged croissant and pastries.
