About this Giewont hotel...Actually we reserved to Kasprowy hotel.When we arrived, we were told that beeing the same owners, even the services-conditions are the same.We had been before in Kasprowy before, in March 2018 we spent there a beautiful week.The kids enjoyed the pool, everything was fine.That is why we came back, because everything was fine.We reserved for Kasprowy, and we got this Giewont.We intended to stay 5 days, but we couldnát resist there more than a day.We wanted to go to its indoor pool, it was closed.Finally we find a guy, who meant to be the poolmaster, so we hardly went inside.The pool is impossible to enjoy for kids.The water was extremly cold, unheated.We asked the pool master guy if he can help us, and heat the pool.Of course he didnt understood a word, so I tanslated to him somehow, with google translator, with great effort, because the wi-fi was very poor...He was visibly irritated and and was more than rude. He told, that that's it, here the water is cold.If we dont like it we can go away.He seemed upset, probably because he had to stay there and to work... We came here to relax, and we had very good impression from the past from any other place in Poland.Sorry to say, but that was a big deception.Small room, bathroom even smaller about 1. 5 squash meter. All night we had young teens screaming and running in front our door, they even vomited in the staircase, in front of our door.Nobody was there to maintain rule and take some measure.The "circus" ended around 4 am in the night.Finnaly we could had a sleep.In the morning the breakfast program should be until 10 a clock.We were there at 9.10, and nothing was there.The dinning room was closed, inside the employes were eating/laughing and playing cards.They didn't gave a damn about the customers!The breakfast was nowhere.That was the moment, we decided with my family(me,my wife with our 2 children)to go away from there.We took our luggage, and went to reception, to let the room's key.In a hurry it appeared a woman, an employee and even the owner.They were asking what happened, we told them that nothing was right in there.The owner immediately offered that he can arrange to transfer us to the other hotel(Kasprowy), where we should been from the beggining(because we reserved there)All the situation transformed into an embarrassing please don't go away begging.Of course we went away and that was it...I think the owner wasn't a bad guy, but he was very weak, and employees there are doing what they want, it seemed that everything was went out of control there, he has no autority over his employees, no control over his bussiness.Is pitty because a year before, in springtime at the other hotel, Kasprowy, we had spent a beautiful week with wonderful memories.Unfortunattely this experience overshadowed, our nice past memories.Actually I consider polish people are nice, the polish traditional foods are great, and Poland is beautiful, so a bad experience won't change my impression at all...
