Chata u Bronka

During my stay at Hotel 'U Bronka' in Bialka Tatarzanska, I found the experience to be quite pleasant. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. The location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby ski resort (Ski bus stop is just in front of the hotel). Good breakfast. Overall, Hotel 'U Bronka' offers a decent stay with a good balance of comfort and practicality. I would like to mention a great playroom for kids with table tennis, pool, table football and plenty of toys.

For hotels that cost more than 100$ per night, I would expect the bathroom to be more equipped, not just a few pieces of soap.

the hotel itself is really good, the staff is really helpful.

the staff doesn’t speak much English however they do try to understand you and help as much as they can, I went to the area to snowboard and did not have a car so if that is your plan the hotel is a bit far from the main skiing area, this hotel is great if you have a car to move around.

very disappointed after charging me full price of reservation however i amend my booking when it was still free of charge. i left thousands of email, called them even tried to ask help from booking.com who also let me down noone ever got back to me. definitely wont recommend it
