The staff was amazing, and she makes a wonderful breakfast every day! Our room was large and very comfortable with a wonderful view of Verona. It's quiet at night and the location is great.

The hot water in the shower would fluctuate (we had a room with an en suite bathroom). Also, getting to the apartment with luggage was difficult due to the elevator (but very happy there WAS an elevator)!

The location and place itself was really nice

The bed was very uncomfortable very soft so if two people slept on it they would end up in the middle hole
