La signora che ci ha accolto è stata molto carina e gentile, ci ha mostrato subito la camera con bagno enorme separato. La camera era a grandezza giusta, il bagno era molto grande e tutto era impeccabile e pulito. La colazione fatta in terrazza è stata proprio bella, self service, la signora ci ha chiesto per le bevande e c'era vasta scelta ci cibo. Il parcheggio era comodo e il giardino era ben tenuto, siamo stati solo una notte ma terremo il posto in considerazione per i nostri prossimi viaggi.

The host was very friendly. The mansion and the garden looked elegant. The room, the bathroom and the breakfast area were spacious. The kitchen was available for use by the guests.

Two issues made our stay barely enjoyable: Water temperature couldn't be regulated properly in the shower: if using it normally, it became boiling hot after 1-2 minutes, thus, the only way to survive was to shut the central hot water access to the bathroom, resulting in cold water only. The mattress was way too soft and made a loud noise with every tiny movement. The shutters of the room window could not be closed because of the permanently installed mosquito nets and there were no drapes or blinds instead. Given the rural location, temperatures cooled down in the night and one could sleep with open windows (with mosquito nets) without AC but chirping of the birds was so loud as we have never experienced. Some other details looked fancy but didn't work properly, e.g. the heavy sliding entrance gate had to be opened by hand. Breakfast choice was limited to sweets but we understood this to be typical Italian breakfast, and coffee was delicious.

The room and guest house is clean and comfortable. It is good and resionable option for visiting Bologna. I recommend everyone.
