the host was friendly and the breakfast was pretty ok, the location is the best perk

so, so, so noisy. Both the upstairs neighbours as outside. There is no isolation whatsoever and you hear each word spoken. Then there is the water supply in the bathroom which sounds like a helicopter is about to set off each time you've used water. The place is also very humid so if you're asthmatic or have lung issues skip this place

Very friendly and helpful owner who really helped us out with our luggage! The location was super near the castle and the main tourist streets, not far from the beach, which was great. The walk from the station is a bit of a challenge, especially with luggage, so worth finding a bus or a taxi. Air con was great and the room was comfy.

Situation near to the beach and old town! Coffee was good.

Very small room to open and place two luggage. Breakfast could have been better: I don’t very much like to eat only sweet cakes. I was missing croissants, bread, cheese, ham and yugurt. Host was already in Lecce where we also and offered to take us to Otranto, but we had to pay for it - this I felt bad and quite greedy service and just getting money even if he was handling his own businesses there - and without any receipt.

It is a nice place, very well localizated to move around the city, mainly the historic centre. The host was extremely attentive and flexible with check-in. The breakfast was good and the woman who attend us was kindful.
