"never stayed there"

looked nice but a bit too cool and, see below what I didn’t like…

Cause I actually didn’t stay there, they said that booking.com never contacted them, I got the feeling that they either didn’t want the bike traveler or sold the room for more before my arrival, they then send me to another place not that far, at the other place; “Ja-Wa. Zajazd” people were nice, without any attitude and very welcoming, but it wasn’t what I booked, not very professional…

My room. It was okay for one night but not super nice and comfortable for a longer stay.
