Very convenient for a family traveling with a dog. A lot of outdoor space and room was on ground floor opening on the garden. Nice owners. The location is outside of Modena center, about 15 minutes drive, which was fine for us as we were looking for a place with outdoor space. Just to flag that you need a car to stay there and travel around easily, there is plenty of outdoor parking available in the property.

Very friendly staff and the atmosphere of the whole property felt welcoming. We enjoyed the quiet at-home feel of the restaurant as well, including a lovely breakfast buffet!

Very pleasant countryside accommodation very close to town

The fridge would turn off when leaving the room when power is removed with room key
