The room was very clean. The lady Luna is very helpful. The location is close to the main attractions.

The street noise from the cars is often annoying,even during the night.

Location was close to everything I wanted to walk around and see in Bologna.

It was most likely me. I missed the pdf that was sent via What's App. I had a hard time getting into the room at first. It's the 8th secret of Bologna. You need a working phone to get get in. There are no staff. For future reference it's on the 2nd floor (for Americans) on the right hand side. There's a 3 or 4 room apartment suite. Each room has a keypad entry. As well as the apartment entry. The building entry was where the telephone was needed. There's a small sitting area with a coffee maker. I don't drink coffee so I can't review. I had one of the rooms. It was very clean, modern and stylish. Delicious snack and tea set out. The physical keys to the building and your breakfast vouchers are there as well. I didn't use the vouchers. I believe they're for the venue nearby for coffee or a drink and a brioche or something similar. And there is a note if you would like something different just ask. The tea kettle could be a little more upscale. It doesn't match the room. The mini, mini fridge is barely cold. Sufficient but not what I would have it set to at home. There is no way to change the setting. Could use a microwave, not sure if that's customary in Italy. Very modern blinds inside the windows with remote control access switch on the wall. Fancy European windows overlooking the streets. A very active city at night. Advertised as a king size suite but I think the bed was actually queen sized. It was certainlly comfortable. Two pillows. White summer linens. There is a remote temperature control in the room. Something like a mini split over the doorway. It's nice to be able to cool down the room. For future reference perhaps they should consider replacing the etegere with a small table or desk. There are two sitting chairs and a small coffee table but not something you could sit down to eat at or work on a computer laptop. Would I go back there? Maybe, not having someone hand you a key is intimidating.
