Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Etwas mehr Vollkornbrötchen wären schön gewesen. Die Lage ist sehr gut, mitten im Zentrum. Der Weg zur Seilbahn ist mit Skistiefeln etwas weit.

Das Zimmer war leider etwas klein und hellhörig. Die Hintergrundmusik beim Frühstück hätte abwechslungsreicher sein können. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Booking.com's customer support team was helpful in trying to resolve the crisis.

A horrible experience characterized by terrible customer service and falsely advertised amenities. The hotel’s Booking.com page states they have a 24-hour reception. However, before our stay, they notified us that check-ins after 22:00 would incur a €20/person surcharge. Our flight was delayed, and we arrived at the hotel around midnight. The hotel was completely closed, lights out, with no doorbell and absolutely no one answering the phone. We waited outside for 30 minutes, calling multiple times with zero response. Because all other 24-hour hotels in Campitello di Fassa were fully booked, we were forced to drive 50km to Bolzano just to find an open hotel at 3:00 AM. Booking.com support was very helpful during the night. After they failed to get an answer from the hotel and gave them an ultimatum, Booking.com officially canceled our reservation. The strangest and most frustrating part happened the next morning: the hotel messaged us saying the booking "could not be canceled" and proceeded to charge our credit card for the full 4 nights—after the reservation had already been canceled by Booking.com. Booking.com has promised a full refund, but it takes 15 days, which effectively doubled our accommodation costs for this trip. Avoid this place if you want peace of mind.

Struttura essenziale e ben tenuta. Posizione super. Impianti rsggiuiungibii a piedi.

Struttura datata, spazi comuni ristrutturati, camere comunque pulite e ben tenute.

Schöne moderne Ausstattung. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Gute Lage

Leider war das Zimmer nicht groß und die Betten zu kurz.
