Annadia the host was very kind. She texted me occasionally to check everything was okay. We communicated with a little bit of italian, a little bit of English. She was good at using google translate to help us communicate. Room was very clean and very convenient to supermarket and train station. The room was also quiet (trains electric, and good soundproof glazing meant I could not hear the trains at night). Room has microwave, cutlery, jug, tea/cofee, shower, bathroom, good wifi, beach umbrella. Everything you need.

Nothing about the room, but more regarding Ostia. It is a bit further from Rome than I expected, maybe 90 minutes travel to some sites in the city. But the transport is cheap, 1.50 euros each way.

Very comfortable. Perfect for a stay in ostia with a very nice host.

A accommodation that went above and beyond! The kindest owner who always was there to help and make sure everything was okay. The rooms were very generous in size and in top condition. You will have everything you need with a big bed, modern bathroom and small pantry with a microwave, mini fridge , cups/mugs, plates and cutlery. Close to the train station, the centre with lots of restaurants and bars and only a short walk down to the beach. But most of all the owner made the visit even more enjoyable. She was great!

The apartment is clean and tidy. Convenient location: 10 minutes to the sea, 30 minutes to Rome. The hostess is pleasant.

The room was EXTREMELY clean and the owner super sweet and helpful. It is a really good place to stay if you looking for a quiet escape from the Rome City Center. The room had everything you need from hair dryer to cutlery and a small fridge. In the hallway there's also a washing machine, which comes quite handy if you're only traveling with small luggage.

The location was ideal for us. But the fact that they provided fridge, microwave and kettle as well as cutlery and crockery made life a lot easier. The host was very helpful.
