Struttura molto bella in posizione comoda sia al "centro" che al lago. La struttura è ben ristrutturata con presenza di cucina in comune e anche lavatrice. Stanze veramente spaziose e curate, consigliato!

Appartement bien situé : proche de la gare, de l'embarcadère pour prendre le bateau permettant la visite d'autres villes longeant le lac. Un food village très agréable le long de l'eau à 10 minutes. Chambre récemment conçue, propre et bien aménagée, lit très confortable.

La présence d'une bouilloire dans la chambre serait appréciée évitant ainsi le déplacement jusqu'à la cuisine commune (escaliers).

Bella location, comoda al centro di Dervio. Parcheggio della moto facile proprio davanti all’ufficio che gestisce la guest House. Pulizia impeccabile. Molto carina la cucina comune fornita di tutto, compresi biscotti caffè e frutta secca per la colazione. Staff molto cordiale, accogliente ottima comunicazione.
