We had a disappointing experience that did not match what was advertised or paid for. We booked and prepaid one triple room and one double room, but upon arrival we were given two double rooms. We informed the property immediately and were told the issue would be fixed, however no action was taken until late in the evening, after a long day of travel, when our children were already asleep. At that point, the solution offered (adding a bed) was no longer practical. Despite this, the property attempted to reduce the issue to a €20 extra bed cost, which is clearly not the same as the price difference between a triple and a double room. Additionally, the listing advertised “breakfast included,” but this turned out to be €4 vouchers per person, which is misleading and does not reflect a real breakfast—especially considering the total cost of over €300 for one night. Communication was also poor: even three days after our stay, the property has neither responded to our last message nor provided any compensation. Overall, the experience did not justify the price, and the handling of the situation was disappointing.

Camera pulita e accogliente, idem il bagno. Posizione comoda per il centro Molto gentile l'accoglienza, ci hanno fornito indicazioni per ristoranti e cose da vedere.

Muito bonita, cama confortável, ótimo chuveiro, limpeza impecável, host muito atenciosa. Perfeito! Uma caminhada em linha reta até o centro histórico, tranquila.
