The bathroom was upstairs. No extra plastic bags in bin.

Everithing was amazing. Marko&Elena were soo helpfull. Breakfast was soo delicious. Apartment was very clean. Comfortable bed. Magical place to stay.

Walking up the stairs was a little bit noisy

The place is beautiful, comfortable, and brand new. The place is italian style modern. The pool place is relaxing and very quiet, no disturbance by anything. Although the sounds of fellow visitors is hearable, it will not bother you at all. The breakfast is amazing. Everything is served and with such wonderful people. Very nice place worth the trip uphill.

Super clean and beautiful with outstanding views. Every morning the sweetest lady Elena served us breakfast as well.

The accommodation and Marco’s helpfulness more than exceeded our expectation . We booked all three rooms for our family so had the living space to ourselves which meant we had our own little villa . The accommodation has been beautifully converted. All three rooms were very clean and comfortable with their own bath rooms . The living area met our needs and the kitchen was well kitted out although Marco provided breakfast and we tended to eat out for lunch or dinner as there are various local choices . The location is just beautiful and surrounded by vine plantations yet only a couple of km from the local village which has restaurants and a shop plus a great bike hire place . We were just a few km from the stunning city of sienna . Best of all, we enjoyed the gorgeous infinity pool and pretty much had it to ourselves .

This B&B is really nice place to stay, well designed and wonderfully located on a hill with vineyards all around. The room was very stylish, bed comfortable and had very nice shower. Cleanliness excellent. The staff was super friendly, despite not speaking Italian we felt like at home. Breakfasts were were also superb. Special thanks to Marco (owner) who solved a problem we had with different room booked and he managed to provide us the room we wanted and thought we had booked. Thank you Marco!

Noise isolation. If you get some louder groups in other rooms you are guaranteed to hear everything and not enjoy the calmness of the place. Be aware when booking the rooms on booking.com site as they are not clearly described so you might get a room you don't want (there is one on the 1st floor without a window, very dark, not fitting to the place at all).
