A szállás önálló parkkal rendelkezik, 10 percre a város központjától, szintén 10 percre a vasútállomástól. Gyakran középiskolás diákok is elszállásolásra kerülnek (Erasmus-project, ha jól tudom; főként lengyel diákok).

A diákok miatt bizonyos időszakokban a szállás diákszállóvá alakul, viszont a városhoz való közelség, és a számunkra barátságos ár kárpótolt minket.
