Nice and fast check-in at a great location. Room was clean, spacious and bed was very comfortable.

There was a misunderstanding during breakfast because of 1 person = 1 croissant rule. Breakfast needs improvement in diversity and quantity.

Very convenient for the station and not far from the historic Oritigia island with its Baroche buildings and bistros. I was very helpfully given a breakfast bag so I didn't miss my early train.

"This place is not worth the price"

The room is spacious and comfortable. However, there is no courtyard view as it is a building site above. It is quiet though and the shower is spacious.

The property is a 15-minute walk to Ortigia. The balcony was covered in debris from the construction above. There is netting so there is no courtyard view. The breakfast, advertised for 7:30am but didn’t happen until 8:15. The breakfast food was stale and old, left out for days. The host clearly didn’t like her guests despite her smiling.
