Camera senza pretese tutto sommato in linea con il prezzo e pulita.

La foto non rispecchia la realtà della camera ma il problema non è stato questo. In particolare i problemi li abbiamo avuti con la gestione. A causa del traffico (un incidente aveva bloccato l' autostrada) abbiamo rischiato di non arrivare in tempo per il check in. Abbiamo avvisato per telefono per poter trovare una soluzione (late check-in, check-in a distanza), chi ci ha risposto non ha fatto nulla per venirci incontro dicendo che se non saremmo arrivati avremmo perso la prenotazione. Siamo riusciti ad arrivare, fatto il check-in e soggiornato. L' indomani tramite l'app di booking scopriamo che qualcuno aveva cancellato la nostra prenotazione per no-show (non chiedetemi perché) e ovviamente accreditandoci l'intero importo. Evidentemente chi fa check-in non è la stessa persona che gestisce la parte informatica!!
