The Valley of the Temples was amazing.

No one was there for check in. It took over an hour to get the keys. Wifi was dodgy. After we left and on the train, the owner wanted us to come back to the city to pay 300 euros for made up damages, very suspicious so did not go. The one really sour note in what was otherwise, a great trip to Sicily. I would avoid this property.

It was clean and comfortable

The location, while not far from the centre, wasn't very nice.

Silvestre was an excellent host. He was prompt in providing information and offered lots of advice about the surrounding area, even restaurants where we could get a discount by dropping his name. The room was a short walk from the main street in the old town and very secure, with good air con, a great double shower and plenty of space. I'd read reviews about the breakfast at the bistro downstairs being limited but realised this was just the traditional Italian breakfast of a coffee and pastry (or two). The pastries were excellent. Parking was easy enough on the street outside once we worked out the rules - again Silvestre helped us to figure this out. It was very quiet in the room at night and the bed was very comfortable.

The building isn't actually in the old town, rather just outside it but that made it possible to park so there was an upside.

Sylvestre a été fantastique par sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et ses précieux conseils ! Un conseil à toutes celles et ceux qui veulent venir à Agrigento, c’est ici qu’il faut réserver ! Grazie Sylvestre !

Mais que peut-on ne pas apprécier avec un tel accueil et un tel lieu !?
