Good room, great communication,very good sower and breakfast. Handy for the station thanks

This is not a hotel it’s an Airbnb. Except someone delivers your breakfast and then someone else comes later and cleans up the room. You don’t know to expect these people you’re not sure who they are, but they’re asking for your papers. Then, even if one of you is in bed, they come into the room. So awkward. Should’ve known by the communications. Very insistent over text. They have branded it in a way that makes it seem like it’s a hotel even from the exterior of the building you might be persuaded that this is a hotel. There’s the logo. The statue of David. It seems like a hotel. But it’s not. It was so hot the first night. And the air conditioner wasn’t cooling the room down no matter how many buttons I pressed. That’s because it only works when you’re close to the unit. For the second night, we managed to get the room cooled down. But holy cow that first night was misery. Hard bed, can’t open the windows because of the noise on the street. This is the case of expectations gone wrong. I blame Booking.com. I was filtering by hotels, and they still recommended this place.

Very friendly host and a very comfortable apartment. One of those rare cases where the reality is better than the Booking photos. The apartment has a stylish interior and a pleasant overall atmosphere. The bed was comfortable, which made the stay even better. And even the shower gel was great :) The breakfast was generous and really good. Great location — close to both the city center of Bologna and the train station. The only slightly unusual detail is that the bathroom is located immediately after the entrance to the apartment, but for a solo traveler it isn’t an issue at all.

Bardzo dobre śniadanie przynoszone "do łózka". Ciekawy wystrój, bardzo duża przestrzeń.

Okolica trochę średnia na wieczorny spacer, trzeba podejść na stare miasto 15 minut. Balkon wychodził na tory kolejowe i blokowisko, gdzie koczowali bezdomni.

This place was awesome, so stylish and perfect location! So glad I booked here rather than a hotel! Illario was super easy to communicate with and allowed me to check in early too! I felt very safe getting to this property even at night as a solo female traveller. The housekeeping staff were also so helpful and lovely. Felt super accommodated and would definitely come back if I was in Bologna again! Thank you!! ☺️

Utensils in the room would have been a nice addition for when I had takeaway in my room but not a complaint!

Very friendly and supportive staff, special thanks to Ilario for his kind and direct response in any issue.The room is spacious with a unique progressive and atmospheric design offering great facilities, located in just 20 minutes walking distance from the city center and close to train station allowing easy excersions to the surrounded cities. Also, the lovely breakfast served in the room was a great start to the day.

The only issue to consider is a smell from the drainage of the bath, but not important.

I liked everything about this property, from the close proximity to the train station and the ease of checkin (clear text communications with host, phone/codes to enter property) to the comfortable and stylishly modern decorated room (the bathroom sink and shower are particularly unique, including lights on the rain shower head changing color to indicate temperature). Since I had to leave before the usual breakfast time, the host graciously supplied an ample breakfast tray for me the night before. The small balcony with numerous plants was a prefect place to relax with a cup of tea before venturing out to explore the city. And the room’s location on the non-street side of the building made for a quiet, restful nights sleep. This was a far superior experience to the several hotels in which I’ve stayed near the Bologna train station; not a “cookie cutter” place.
