The location was perfect. The design of the property was tastefully done. The balcony was a lovely addition. Breakfast was delicious and was a brilliant way to start off a day of exploring Bologna.

The location was around 10 minutes walk from the old town. The room was well equipped and clean and recently refreshed. The host was kind and the breakfast timing and items organised the day before so always perfect for how you’re feeling.

Excellent air con, black out shutters to keep heat out, just 20 min stroll to main town centre, Francesca was a wonder host, pleasant and personable and helpful. Would highly recommend
