Die Lage war optimal - nah ans Stadtzentrum jedoch noch gut erreichbar mit dem Auto. Francesca ist eine sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Das Zimmer ist geschmackvoll und sehr solide ausgestattet und hat eine schöne große Dachterrasse. Francesca hat ein schmackhaftes Frühstück (gute Auswahl an Käsesorten) zubereitet. Eine Empfehlung!

Great location, great terrace, and a super-friendly host. The apartment is perfectly situated—close to everything, but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The terrace was a real highlight—spacious, sunny, and perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering great local tips and always quick to respond to any questions. Overall, a really comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Alles. Francesca is een zeer lieve en vriendelijke gastvrouw. We arriveerden door het drukke verkeer onderweg erg laat, maar dit vormde voor haar geen probleem en we konden voor de deur parkeren. De kamer is verzorgd, erg mooi en netjes. Ontbijt was prima. Bezienswaardigheden in Bologna zijn op wandelafstand.

"Un séjour formidable à Bologne"

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Skyline 1/7! La propriétaire est adorable et au petit soin. La chambre est spacieuse et très bien aménagée avec une terrasse très agréable. Nous sommes à 15minutes de l’hyper centre à pied. Le logement est très très calme. Je recommande 100% cette adresse.
