The owner was very friendly, the room was big with an enormous and confortable bed. Very close to the beach and walkable distance to some restaurant.

The place is HORRIBLE!!! They need to fix up the place. There are no insect screens. You'll be eaten alive by mosquitos. There are lizards, spiders, bugs and at least 3 different types of ants all over the bedrooms. I had booked 3 nights and upon arrival, I booked another place in Port Antonio for the next day. I didn't even want to stay the night. I was apprehensive in using the bathroom. No toiletries are provided except toilet paper. The window in the bathroom is broken out. That night, I was asked to wait a half hour or so to shower as there was an issue with the pump. Good thing I ended up going to sleep. In the morning, apology was made for the lack of water and told they had to call an electrician to fix the issue. You are not allowed to use kitchen facilities as the husband cooks food for guests' purchase. Except, he was sick and unable to cook and guests were not allowed to use kitchen. During the night, the fan in the room fell apart and started making a loud noise which woke me up. The saving grace was Boston beach which I quite enjoyed. On my return from the beach, I told host that I was leaving, he blurted out, "this is the Jamaican jungle, what did you expect". I guess if I visit an African Safari, then I should expect a lion coming into my room and be okay with it. I hope I save someone the bad experience and waste of money and time out of your vacation in Jamaica by going there. The place is a dump.

Both hosts are really nice and provided some extra service free of charge. It feels like a Homestay because basically it is. Transport to and from the property is very easy.

Amazing place for the price! Incredible location and super chilled. Get the breakfast it's really really good and so worth the money 😁
