BREverything was awesome! The place itself, the staff, the tours. Clean bathrooms and friendly staff. The location is right in the center of Wadi Rum. The food also is a highlight. Strongly recommend this place.

MYThe price was reasonable, and the room is clean. I also enjoyed the variety of food they served, including dessert. The dessert we had was an assortment of baklava. They cater to both vegetarians and non-vegetarians, so it's advisable to inform them in advance about dietary preferences. Our booked room included breakfast and dinner, and they provided complimentary mineral water and carbonated drinks at common area. The owner helped us take nice star-gazing pictures. We discovered this place through Carob Hostel in Amman, where we had a pleasant stay that influenced our decision to choose accommodations recommended by them.
1. The shower area needs improvement as it became congested after just one person had showered. 2. I was pressured by the owner to leave a review with a perfect 10-star rating in exchange for discounts on the day we're leaving. The owner insisted on waiting for me before allowing us to leave. I find this business practice unethical and do not prefer such approaches. 3. The jeep tour package was inconsistent. We had checked the jeep tour rates through email beforehand but did not make a booking. Upon checking again on-site, they quoted us a higher price than previously discussed.

DEIf possible, we would like to give Desert Bird Camp even 15 Points! Everything was perfect! Tawfiq is the best and funniest host you could imagine. Mahmoud made the best food, we had during our whole stay in Jordan. Tawfiq's brother showed us Wadi Rum in a perfect Jeep tour. The tents and the bathroom were very clean. Here you can feel at home for a few days staying in an amazing surrounding. Thank you for a perfect stay in Wadi Rum! 200% recommendation!
