Breakfast No TV only YouTube working Basin extra small and leaking Ask for a thermometer and they did not have 1 in the facility and not offering to find one

Fantastic location, very comfortable , great access, secure

Everything was great except for one member of staff, fantastically pompous and completely inept in his duties. Thankfully spoke to another member of staff about my experience who then contacted management and I was able to air my concerns. The fact that other members of staff were able to not only help but also take action immediately to allow me to speak directly to management balances my experience . One person with a terrible attitude almost spoilt the whole experience, and I feel the importance to mention that and I hope management does take some form of action , because he almost ruined a perfect stay

"At Palm Valley I felt safe. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom extremely clean. All necessities"

Breakfast was tasty and filling. Adding beans and vegetables and YOGART would make it classic. Adding a gluten free option say Location was spot on for me who was working in CBD

I didn't like there not being an option to order lunch or dinner.
