The owner and his family were very nice! The rooms are spacious for the price you pay. The fried rice the owners wife is cooking was very tasty and cheap.

The place is a bit outside of the city center, which means you need a scooter to get around. At night, you sometimes have a lot of noise from dogs or roosters. If you are not used to it, it might bother your sleep. The ower offers as well to book bus tickets. I would definitely recommend NOT DOING IT! The price is way too expensive for what you get. He was telling me the ride from Kampong Cham to Kampot will take 5 hours. I arrived after 9 hours. The van he booked for me was a multipurpose transport. That means the Van was frequently picking up and dropping stuff and people. There isn't much space in the van itself. It was impossible to move or stretch my legs. Further, the AC didn't work properly, which was bad on this long ride. If you book a van with, for example, Virak Buntham (VET), you pay a similar price, but the transport will be faster and more comfortable.

I am traveling since 5 months across SEA and this was the cleanest place I been. Very nice people, nice food. Been twice and I will come back for sure.

I really loved the family, the location isn't perfect, but the hotel has a tuktuk to pick you up, and motorbike rent, so it's perfect !

The family is very nice. The place is very quite, a little outside of the center, which was fine for me, and I rented a good bike from them for two dollars, on which I went to the island, Koh Paen.The breakfast, bread, omelet and coffee was good and included in the price of the room.
