Very nice house with pool to visit Angkor, Siem Reap and the area! - 4 big bedrooms, each with a big bathroom, clean, with AC - A real big pool and a nice garden - A wide open space on the ground floor, in front of the pool, to relax, take the breakfast, lunch or diner - A lot of nice small details like fruits provided, water, towels for the pool on top of the ones for the bathroom, soap, shampoo, etc. - The management very helpful to store our luggages in between the checkout and the departure to the airport, or arrange airport transfers

Really no major issue. Just be aware that... - There's no living-room, kitchen or any kind of room where the guests can stay all together indoor with AC, apart from the bedrooms. It should not be a big deal most of the time unless the weather is really bad, some guests would like to watch TV all together or stay all together in a place with AC. - There's also no washing machine. So in case you're on a long trip, you'll not be able to wash any clothe (unless you pay extra for a laundry service) - And the cleaning staff asked us to free the rooms 2h before the checkout time to start cleaning the bedrooms, while they cleaned less than 1h and watched videos the rest of the time. So asking to leave the room in advance to start the cleaning ok, why not, but maybe not 2h before while they only need 1h. But once again, on the other hand, the management has been very helpful for the luggage after the checkout, so overall we really can't complain.

Pleasant stay despite a few surprises We had a nice stay at this villa, which overall offers some great features. The bedrooms are truly beautiful—spacious, well-designed, and very comfortable. The pool is also a real highlight: clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing. However, there were a few unexpected elements. First, the location: the villa is quite far from the city center, much more than we expected based on the listing. Having a car is absolutely necessary to get around.

Another surprise upon arrival was the living area, which is completely open to the outside. From the photos, we thought it was just a terrace. While this setup can be pleasant during the day, it’s less practical in bad weather or for security reasons. Unfortunately, we did have an issue during one rainy night. A leak occurred in our bedroom, which woke us up during the night. This affected our comfort and was disappointing. That said, we still enjoyed the setting, the peace and quiet, and the quality of the facilities. With a few adjustments and clearer information on certain aspects, this place could be truly perfect.

Nice location and environment with plenty of plants and flowers. Nice staff and delicious breakfast, especially fresh fruit.

The room on the first floor is a bit damp; you share the gate with another villa of guests; host’s reply time is about half to one day.

The location, pool, everything!

It would have been helpful to have more information about local activities, restaurants etc.
