El hotel es muy familiar con una atención muy buena por parte de la familia que lo regenta. El restaurante es muy casero cocinando platos locales muy buenos. Alejado de la zona urbana es una opcion muy tranquila a pocos minutos del centro de la ciudad.

El acceso al hotel es por una calle sin asfaltar ni iluminar lo que hace que si llegas de noche como nosotros no sea fácil de encontrar. Tal vez unos carteles indicadores desde la calle principal serian muy convenientes.

Tolles Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Hak, der Besitzer spricht sehr gut englisch, ist super nett und hilfsbereit.

The room was huge with a lovely view of the garden and pool. The owner and family are very nice and the food delicious. We loved the pool and the location as outside the city but not too far. Owner arranges to pick you up from the bus station for free. I can recommend Joy and his Tuk tuk. He collected us from the bus station and then we hired him to take us to all the tourist attractions during our stay. We were mother and daughter travelling together and he was very kind , knowledgable and English speaking . His number on WhatsApp +855 97 970 2651 and his prices are reasonable. He even took us to the bus station to change our tickets as we stayed an extra day at the hotel as loved it so much.

Schöne grüne Anlage mit ruhiger Umgebung. Die Zimmer sind geräumig mit Terrasse und getrennter Toilette und Bad. Die Betten und die Bettwäsche waren sehr gemütlich und sauber.. Der Pool ist ebenfalls toll und lädt zum verweilen ein. Schönes Hotel mit unfassbarem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es aber für die Lage, es ist recht weit vom Zentrum und die Straße die zum Hotel führt ist nicht gut ausgebaut und nachts dunkel. Fahrtzeit mit Grab trotzdem nur 7min etwa 5000-6000 Riel. Uns fehlten Kleiderhaken oder Wäscheständer um getragene Kleidung oder Handtücher zu lüften oder zu trocknen.

For me a great location, wonderful outside pool and garden area,very peaceful and relaxing, Hak and his family were extremely helpful and welcoming, The accommodation was super clean and comfortable, Food from the restaurant was a delicious. I will return

Hak is super nice, he takes a very good care about his guests. He helped us with everything. Food is very very delicious. Clean, nice property. Would stay again! Thank you!!

Water in the shower was a bit chilly but it was not a big deal for us

I have been to far more luxurious hotels and far larger hotels, but I have never been to a more welcoming and more considerate hotel. It is ran by Hak and his lovely family who are truly above and beyond any expectations one could have had when it comes to running a hotel. Hak will help you get medicines if you are sick, help you with paperwork to extend your visa, make food for you even outside of the regular meal hours, and will effectively do whatever you ask of him as long as it is reasonable. The hotel has a lovely assortment of animals to brighten up the place, a comfortable pool, varied options for relaxation, and many offers if you want to experience what Siem Reap has to offer. Hak will arrange it all if you let him. Most who stay here stay for short periods of time, but I have had the splendid experience of staying here for a month. Hell there is a small public kitchen to use if you are financially a savvy traveler and the hotel restaurant is less expensive than most places you will eat at outside of the hotel.

This is only an issue if you are a little indoor gremlin like me and my spouse, or if you need to work. The internet is sadly not the most reliable thing here, but as most guests are not going to be on their computers so this is a negliable issue at best. Also there are going to be flying bugs about due to it being tropical....which is just a fact of life but Hak and co will help if you find this troublesome. So all in all I don't really have any issues with my stay at this hotel at all.
