The room was smelling and was very damp, with mould, we had to run the AirCon on dry all the time. We did not feel welcome in this hotel.

Good location, comfy beds, the only down side is that the staff is not bothered and customer service could be better.

The best part would be the person handling the villa. The contact, I think his name was Bandula. He answered every call I made and cleared up every question very attentively. Was very helpful and accommodating. We had to check out at 11 and he said he just needed us to handover the room to prep for the next person but we could stay in the common area. We waited over an hour and a half comfortably because we had to wait for the train. No one bothered us. Very homey Villa. Easy to find. The room was nice and comfortable. I loved the pool, it was kept clean. Overall clean place, no bugs or anything. A few meters away is a small food shop, if you need to get some good local food and can't be bothered to venture too far. PSA to any foreigner travelling around Galle, download the 'Pickme' app to order transport; the local tuks are very sus, and overcharge!

The windows/ bathroom mirror/ shower heads could have been cleaned. They weren't filthy but it would have been nice if they were a bit cleaner. Also, need to keep a spoon in the room to make the tea. Booking may say check out at 11.30am, that may be a mistake because checkout is at 11am. Would appreciate if you guys kept panadols on hand in case of emergency, but just a gentle suggestion.

A bit far from the main city but no problem for us with rented tuk tuk Poor wifi

Really great place to stay! Great facilities and room, a bonus that it had a swimming pool! Great value for money.
