Good location. The room was very large and the bed was comfortable. Universal plug points on the walls was helpful. Breakfast was ample. The two staff members were every willing to help. Proximity to Cinnamon Bey where we had to attend a function. The room A/C was very efficient in the night.

The property and particularly the garden looks neglected. The room was hot when we arrived at 5 pm and full of mosquitos. It took about one hours to cool the room down to a bearable temperature. The bedsheets being colourful and threadbare didn't help as we couldn't tell if it was clean or not. There was only one pillow per person and the pillowcase material was of a rough cotton which attracts dust and was not very comfortable to put your head on. There was no drinking water available on the bedside table and there were no glasses to drink water either. The furniture in the bedroom is sparse, looks tired and dated. The kitchen downstairs was a disaster zone and didn't look like it had been cleaned for some time. The garden was overgrown, not maintained and dirty.

Perfect location, spacious room with beautiful terrace and the garden view. The room is clean and tidy. Quiet and calming surrounding.

Roshan is literally the best host you can wish for. He‘s really helpful, knows his way around town, speaks several languages and is just a really nice guy. it’s a nice and quiet place that has everything you need. nice bed, solid shower and overall a great place to stay.

The owner Roshan is a really lovely person, who will help you anytime. The Wifi is excellent, and the breakfast is super nice, made on your request. The room got everything you need, with even a hot shower and mosquito net. The area is quiet but still close to everything. Can you go there without any hesitation !
