HOTEL Le Clos Des Papillons

There was some noise due to renovations while I was there. But nothing major.

The kindness of the owners, the incredible quality of the food and the overall awesomeness of the property and the staff.

Everything and especially the room with glasses and gifts for sale.

The hotel was very nice and asthetically pleasing beautiful pool beautiful rooms complimentary tasty breakfast they decorated our room with rose petals and lights

I feel there should be a charge for everything throughout your stay and not all at the end, I also wasn't made aware how much a bottle of champagne was that I got until checkout and it turned out to cost just as much as the room I asked for tequila and was given that I never would have taken it if I knew it was $230 USD/140000 Francs. The wifi was decent is did go out a few times for a few hours in the room was a little inconvenient

More lighting in garden. We arrived late at night and I accidentally stepped into pool which was VERY close to door with NO lighting.

First, Eric the owner and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They were there to answer questions and even offer some suggestions on what to do in the area. We are a family of five and when we made the reservation, Eric took that into account and moved us to a family suite so we could be together which was much appreciated on our part. Second, the facilities were wonderful. The dining area, pool, and our rooms were clean and well kept. The hotel is spacious and cozy at the same time. Third, the meals were excellent, especially the morning breakfast.

Honestly, there's really nothing negative to report. We had originally planned on doing a few outings in the area but when we got to the hotel and saw the surroundings, we didn't want to leave. We'll be going back for sure.
