Very clean. Very caring staff Tasty meals Comfortable room

The accomodation is located in a quiet location Away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There were only a few rooms and the staffs were nice.

Overall it was a nice place to stay. We had a great view of some vegetable fields and it was lovely supporting local. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

It is not close to town and the road is a bit sketchy if it is raining. Some bed side tables would be a nice addition to the room. The door also didn't close properly & the bathroom did not smell good. But after opening the window and leaving it open it smelt fine.

La comida (desayuno y cena) muy bueno y el personal muy amable y servicial

* muy alejado de todo, se llega por un camino de tierra que le resulta complicado hasta a google * habitación antigua y poco acogedora. Pasamos frio por la noche * el baño muy antiguo. La ducha sin separación con el resto del baño y el calentador goteaba por la humedad mojando todo. Recomiendo buscar otro hotel. Es muyyy sencillo y está muy mal ubicado.

Il giardino era molto bello, ma purtroppo non l'abbiamo potuto sfruttare per il maltempo. Lo staff è gentile, ma è molto difficile la comunicazione in inglese. Il bagno era pulito.

Purtroppo, la peggiore esperienza in Sri Lanka. La nostra stanza era piuttosto sporca, con capelli e macchie sul pavimento. Inoltre, Nuwara Eliya è un posto tendenzialmente freddo e umido e non vi era alcun tipo di riscaldamento: le coperte servivano per la notte, ma il freddo e l'umidità si facevano sentire nel resto della permanenza. Nel bagno, seppur pulito, c'era un problema con lo scarico che causava un forte rumore; l'abbiamo segnalato la mattina e non c'è nemmeno stato un tentativo di riparazione e abbiamo dovuto momentaneamente risolvere da soli il problema. La colazione è appena sufficiente, con prodotti di qualità abbastanza bassa. L'indirizzo su Booking è sbagliato (l'abbiamo segnalato allo staff), la posizione è lontana dal centro e la strada per raggiungere la struttura è disastrosa.
