Era Holiday House

This was such a lovely place to stay for my time in Mirissa - location is great, the room was spotless, I felt very safe and the breakfast was amazing. The owners are the sweetest Sri Lankan family who truly take care of you. Thank you for a gorgeous stay at the beginning of my trip here in Sri Lanka <3

We felt completely at home here! The hosts are incredibly nice and generous people who truly care about their guests. As a lovely surprise, they even gave my wife and me a thoughtful parting gift at the end of our stay. The food was delicious with very generous portions, and the entire place was spotlessly clean. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Emplacement exceptionnel, grande chambre ave. Très grand lit et literie de qualité. Balcon, climaseur et salle de bain privée Logement très propre et bien équipée. Étendoir, porte valise, penderie, coffre fort, bouilloire, tasses, café et thé, frigo et congélateur. + produit de soin: gel douche, shampoing, dentifrice. L'emplacement de ce logement est parfait pour rayonner sur Mirissa à pied ou un tuk tuk. La famille vit au rez-de-chaussée et vous avez un acces privé à votre chambre au 1 er etage avec balcon privé et terrasse partagée. Le couple est adorable, tres souriant, disponible et prêt à rendre service. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel ! Venez les yeux fermés ils sont au petit soin !

Ну что сказать. Мы были в 5 отелях на Шри-Ланке. Этот несомненно лучше всех!!! Современный, чистейший. Это единственный отель, где нам сначала показали номер, а потом уж мы заплатили за него. Хозяева принесли полотенца морозовые и сказала отдыхайте заплатите позже))) Расположен на тихой улочке, но до пляжа минут 5. Все кто пишут о замечательных завтраках не обманывают. Это церемония, в которой хозяин Эра вас удивит домашней Шри-Ланкийской едой. Хозяйка приготовила нам ужин и на прощание подарила браслетики. Это было очень приятно. Процветания вашему дому и спасибо за гостеприимство.

Spacious and very clean room. Easy walk to the beach or to the main road. Great value for the money.

Die Gastgeber waren super sympathisch, hilfsbereit und kommunikativ, es war eine Freude, bei ihnen zu wohnen :) Auch das Frühstück war absolut fantastisch, riesige Auswahl, alles frisch und so lecker wie sonst in keiner anderen Unterkunft in Sri Lanka. Sehr große Empfehlung!! (Es war nur etwas zu viel für ein Frühstück, aber wir haben uns dann ein paar Sachen als Snack mitgenommen :)) Das Zimmer war groß, sauber, mit schönem Bad und Balkon, auch wenn wir den selten genutzt haben. Check In und Check Out liefen problemlos und wir konnten uns auch mit Fragen zur Umgebung/Transport an die Gastgeber wenden. Die Lage in Mirissa war auch gut, nicht zu nah an der Hauptstraße, also schön ruhig. Wir würden definitiv wieder dort buchen!

Es hätte noch kleine Lampen neben dem Bett geben können (wahrscheinlich kommen die noch, so sah es zumindest aus), aber das ist eine Kleinigkeit im Vergleich zu den ganzen positiven Dingen!

The most lovely and generous hosts, who went above and beyond - we needed to check out super early and they made sure breakfast was ready for us before we left, we got a handmade bracelet each on leaving as a gift, and the breakfast was incredible! This place is perfectly located 5-10 min walk from the beach and from the main beach bars.
