Lahiru Airport Villa

My flight arrived late at night in Colombo, close to midnight. The owner was there waiting to greet me, a much appreciated gesture after a long day of travelling. Clean room with a nice shower. Quiet neighbourhood. Exactly what you need for an airport hotel.

Top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir waren nur kurz im Zimmer, da wir rasch weiter zum Flughafen mussten. Das Zimmer hat alles was man benötigt und ist komfortabel. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich. Er hat uns auch zu einem sehr guten Preis zum Flughafen gebracht.

Very sweet staff. The room was very clean & had an amazing hot shower. There is a common living room with a balcony and products to make tea and coffee.

The kindest people. Our flight was canceled, it was utter chaos at the airport. The host came to pick us up. The villa is very close by to the airport. They carried our heavy sujitcases up the stairs. They ordered food to eat in for us as we were exhausted, providing silverware, plates and glasses. The room was large and spotless.

Realising that our stay was going to be longer and that we didn't have our own transport, it was just a little too far from everything for us.
