Очень удобно добраться до аэропорта, минут 20 пешком

Расположение отеля, близость от аэропорта, чистота в номере, постель, мягкость матраса

Высокая цена для Вильнюса. Да рядом аэропорт, но это далеко не центр или старый город. Бронировал отель в Риме после Вильнюса и он получился дешевле.

Удобное местоположение. Бесконтактное заселение. Недалеко аэропорт, мак. Тихо. Были небольшие нюансы в ремонте , но всё равно очень уютно, чисто.

Clean and comfortable space

Acommodation itself was really fine. It was in a walking distance to the airport that was very comfortable since we had a morning flight. However, since it was a business trip we needed invoices for our stay in the hotel. I wrote to the hotel two times - no answer. When I called them, the lady on the phone was very rude, she wasn't willing to talk to me at all, she yelled at me that today wasn't a working day and slammed down the phone. I have never had such a bad experience with the hotel and such a phone call completely ruined my positive impression of the hotel. Moreover, to this day we have not received an invoice from the hotel.

Front desk administration unavailable, we informed the front desk about our arrival time, they ignored it, we did not get the entry PIN code ,we were outside the hotel at 2.am under the rain, when we called administration they rejected to open the entrance door.When we got the PIN code after 2 hrs waiting outside, we were shocked with such poor facilities in the room, electric kettle did not work, no chairs to sit.,dirty towels ,old beds etc.No lift in the hotel, we had to climb to the third floor with the bags. The wall in the room was broken.The main concern is we could not get inside the hotel because the entry PIN code we got in March, was changed and we we were not informed about the new one ,when we asked the front desk to help us to enter the hotel, they did not answer! We were left outside the hotel for 2 hrs before we got inside.at 3am under the rain. I claim booking .com return me hotel fare for the room ,it was a moral and physical damage to me.The fare the hotel charged for the room is nor worth at all,it is below the.standards and administration attitude to the renters is so bad.I will claim my money back.I did not like anything, I would never advise to anybody this hotel to rent the room. Location is bad, facilities in the hotel are bad, the communication with the hotel administration is absent, it is not the place to rent, no buffet to eat snacks .
